Here's a bit of casting news for you today:
Jim Sturgess (Cloud Atlas), Sam Worthington (Clash of the Titans), Ryan Kwanten (True Blood) and Anthony Hopkins (The Silence of the Lambs) will join director Daniel Alfredson's international action thriller, Kidnapping Freddy Heineken.
Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones) has landed the lead role in an untitled R-rated comedy for Paramount, scripted by Andrew Dodge (Bad Words).

First up from THR is the news that Dinklage will lead an R-rated comedy for Paramount. The untitled comedy is described as being "deep in R-rated territory but wrapped around an emotional heart. Sources say it plays off of Dinklage’s size as the story centers on a man who tells people he is a true leprechaun." The pitch has been compared in tone to that of the 2003 comedy Bad Santa, starring Billy Bob Thornton.

Jim Sturgess, Sam Worthington, Ryan Kwanten and Anthony Hopkins will star in “Kidnapping Freddy Heineken,” an international action thriller to be directed by Daniel Alfredson (“The Girl Who Played with Fire, The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest”). Netherlands actor Mark van Eeuwen and Australian newcomer Tom Cocquerel have also joined the cast.
“Kidnapping Freddy Heineken” starts principal photography in late October in Belgium and then locates to Amsterdam and New Orleans.
